Audio Files:

• Voice or sound recordings shared within chats.
• This data is collected and shared with other users you communicate with.
• Data collection is required and cannot be turned off.
• Purpose: App functionality.

App Info and Performance:

• Crash logs to identify and fix application errors.
• Diagnostics data to monitor app stability.
• Other app performance data for service improvement.
• This data is collected and shared with analytics providers.
• Data collection is required and cannot be turned off.
• Purpose: Analytics.

App Activity:

• App interactions (how you use the application).
• Other user-generated content within the Service.
• This data is collected and shared with analytics providers.
• Data collection is required and cannot be turned off.
• Purpose: Analytics.

• Other Users: Photos, videos, and audio recordings you choose to share in chats are shared with other users you communicate with.
• Analytics Providers: Crash logs, diagnostics, and app performance data are shared with analytics providers to help us improve stability and performance.
• Service Providers: We may engage or employ other companies or individuals to facilitate, provide certain services, or perform functions on our behalf.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, or necessary to comply with laws, regulations, and government requirements, or in the event of a dispute, or any form of legal process related to the Service.
• Law Enforcement: To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also disclose data at the request of law enforcement agencies or other government bodies, or if we believe such disclosure may prevent a crime.

Other than the above, we will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your data to other parties without your consent.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted.
• Ephemeral Processing: In-app messages are processed ephemerally and not permanently stored.
• Access Control: Only automated systems process your data; no human reads your private messages.

We will take necessary steps to maintain the privacy and security of all data you provide. In the event of a breach beyond our control, you agree to release us from all claims, legal liability, or any expenses arising from such breach.

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We are committed to minimizing data retention:

• Automatic Deletion: User data is automatically deleted within 90 days.
• In-App Messages: Messages are processed ephemerally and deleted after processing.
• Media Files: Photos, videos, and audio files are deleted according to our retention schedule.

Since we automatically delete data within 90 days, there is typically no data to delete upon request. However, if you have concerns, please contact us.

ACCOUNT CREATION

Our App does not require users to create an account. You can use the Service anonymously without providing personal identification information such as name, email address, or phone number.

YOUR RIGHTS

• Anonymity: No account creation is required; your interactions remain anonymous.
• No Personal Information: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other personal identifiers.
• Automatic Deletion: Your data is automatically removed within 90 days.

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This Privacy Policy complies with applicable data protection laws, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), where applicable.

In the event of a legal request for information, we can only provide data that we actually store, which is limited due to our ephemeral processing and automatic deletion practices.

This Privacy Policy may be changed at any time from time to time and will be effective on the date determined by us. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be published in the App or other media we deem necessary. Please read and review this Privacy Policy periodically to see any changes. By continuing to use any of our products and/or Services after such publication or notification from us, you are deemed to agree to the changes to this Privacy Policy.
